I’m husband to my lovely wife, Faye; father of Vince, Tamara, Eric and Geoff and Mr. Grandfather — lots of luck with that — “Pops” to 5 grands. I’ve been developing real estate for ever and am particularly delighted with our I’On neighborhood in Mount Pleasant, SC created by my sons, Vince & Geoff,and me — together with land planners, architects, engineers, home builders, designers, craftsmen, real estate agents, bankers and all the brave souls who bought into our vision when it was but a murky dream.
I’m the majority owner of The I’On Club, LLC. The I’On Club is now a beautiful Swim, Tennis, Fitness club on Mathis Ferry Road — integral to I’On Village and the Charleston lowcountry. We intend to expand the mission of the I’On Club into a more robust and complete Wellness Center to better enrich the lives of our members and the lives of the greater community.
